Lively, floral, and often lighter in body relative to other regions, these coffees can boast incredible sweetness, complexity, and depth of cup. Other emergent producing countries such as Uganda and Burundi are also producing some very special coffees; the bourbon variety is prevalent here, lending to a deep and syrupy body with a more savory overall character.
