Mexico Chiapas La Concordia
We've spent more than three years searching for the perfect Mexican coffee. With a flourishing coffee culture, Mexico produces many outstanding coffees from Chiapas, Oaxaca, Veracruz, and more. And if you have the pleasure of visiting Mexico you'll find that it's easy to find robust offerings from local roasters.
This lot from various small holder farms comes from Chiapas and embodies everything we love about a Mexican coffee. Flavors of dried fig, richly layered brown sugar, toffee, and apple pie. The cup is full bodied but clean, balanced, and smooth. If it has been awhile since you've had a coffee from Mexico grab a bag of this La Concordia and appreciate the hard work and skills of our neighbors to the south!
