I had the pleasure of meeting the farmer Jorge, and his nephew, Craig at a coffee conference earlier this year and we fell into enthusiastic conversation about our love for coffee from El Salvador. After they sent us home with a generous array of samples we selected this washed lot as our first offering from Tierra Bendita. Produced by a number of their small family farms, this lovely coffee has layers of green apple, juicy fruit and sweet milk chocolate. We hope you love this sweet and balanced cup as much as we do!
