Part of Indonesia, Sulawesi (formerly known as Celebes) is the eleventh largest Island in the world and home to some absolutely wonderful and distinctive coffee. Grown in the Sesean Mountains, the benefits of growing at some of the highest coffee growing elevations show through in this sweet and clean cup.
Like a s'mores, this dark roasted coffee offers notes of roasted marshmallow, cocoa and sweet graham cracker, along with cedar and vanilla. A rich and creamy body round out the finish.
