This year's Ethiopia micro lot comes to us from Ja Coffee in Montréal, Québec. They've partnered with the mother-daughter team at Ken Bon Trading to source these grade 1 beans from the Uraga region in Guji.
This natural process lot is predominately fruity. We taste blueberry jam, strawberry pastry, and dark chocolate torte. This coffee is balanced and sweet with a delightfully creamy mouthfeel. We're always up for a new lot of natural processed coffee and we hope you'll enjoy this offering from Guji as much as we do.
