Part of Indonesia, Sulawesi (formerly known as Celebes) is the eleventh largest Island in the world and home to some absolutely wonderful and distinctive coffee. Grown on the Rantekarua Estate on the remote slopes of Mount Karua at elevations ranging from 1400-1700 Meters this dark roasted coffee offers notes of molasses and baker’s chocolate, with a huge syrupy body and nutty finish.
