Q: How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?

A: We're very serious about freshness so we roast our coffee to order. We suggest that each week you order just as much as you'll need for that week. Of course we also date our bags for easy rotation. 

Q: Do you offer Organic and Fair Trade coffees?

A: Yes. Our Roastery is certified Organic by VOF, and we offer a wide variety of coffees carrying either or both certifications. 

Q: How do you ship your coffee?

A: For some locations we offer free weekly delivery. For locations to which we cannot deliver on a weekly basis we have partnered with Green Mountain Messenger to provide fast, reliable and cost effective shipping.

Q: Do you provide brewing equipment?

A: Yes. We are committed to helping customers who brew our coffee do so on equipment that is appropriately sized for the location while bringing out the best in the coffee. While there are weekly minimums to qualify for brewing equipment we will work with you to find the brewing solution that meets your needs and your budget.

Q: Can you create a custom blend for our business?

A: Yes! We are happy to work with our customers to create just the right blend that is unique to your business and meets exactly the profile you are looking for.
